Mr. Hasan Ilyas is the CEO of the company. He is a US citizen that arrived to do business in the U.A.E. in December of 2008. He first started working out with one of the largest transport companies in Abu Dhabi and in two years was able to double their profits and clients. Due to the success in the U.A.E. market and response from his clients he is the CEO of Cactus General Transport. He holds an MBA from NC State University and lived in the US for 24 years. He brings a new and innovative philosophy to the way business is done here in the UAE. Under his leadership, the organizations he has managed have seen tremendous growth and a better stream lined approach to doing business. His business background from the US and his technological skills have helped transform Cactus General Transport into one of the most up to date and advanced organizations within the transportation industry. He also puts the client at the core of his business model. With a constant effort on client service and client relationship his methods have made him an icon in the transportation business.
Shajat Talat is the Chief Operations Officer. He has an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a MBA degree from York University in Toronto, Canada. His specialty is building and maintaining client relationships. Before joining Cactus General Transport he was the General Manager of Tele-circuit Network Corporation, a company that specializes in offering services and products to its clients. Mr. Shajat joined Cactus Transport in 2012 and has played an important role in the growth of the organization. Under his leadership the company has had tremendous success in the retention of our clients and overall service to the clients. The addition of Mr. Shajat Talat was a step in the right direction to building a team for Cactus whose central focus is client satisfaction.
Mr. Adeel Ashfaque is the Technical & Maintenance Officer for Cactus General Transport. With an educational background in fleet maintenance, he has been the driving force behind our success in the maintenance and upkeep of our machinery. Mr. Adeel has been in the transportation field since 2005 and has shown that he has the experience and leadership to lead our team of drivers and operators towards the best practices in our industry. With his dedication and hard work Cactus Transport machinery and workforce are always ready to execute the jobs of our clients in the most specialized and competent manner.
